You want to donate your hair to Locks of Love?

Here's what you do:

Contact us to obtain a pledge sheet to raise money for Locks of Love.
Make an appointment between 10 am and 4 pm Tuesday through Friday and let us know
you want to donate 10 or more inches of healthy hair.
If you want an evening or weekend appointment, we ask that you raise at least $65 to
donate to Locks of Love. We have pledge sheets available for pickup or sending by fax or
e-mail.

Not sure if your hair is acceptable? Stop in for your pledge sheet and let our stylists check it

Straighten your hair before arrival if it's curly.

Arrive at your appointment time with clean, dry hair and the money you've raised for Locks
of Love.

Here's what we do:
Cut and style hair for free- donations are sent to Locks of Love.
Send donated hair to Locks of Love for use in new prosthetic hairpieces.
